MyDance School was founded in 1990 by professional dancers Takeshi and Mariko Ito. They offer a variety of lessons - private individual, couple, group, private group, and on-site - for dancers of all levels. Whether you're preparing for a competition or a demonstration, you're looking to start a new hobby, or you're trying to get some more exercise, MyDance School has a course for you. Furthermore, MyDance School offers professional make-up lessons and full body stretch classses. Whatever you choose, the professional teachers make sure that you enjoy your time dancing at MyDance School!

Sakuragaoka Dance Club

Sakuragaoka Dance Club was established in 2003 as a sister dance group to Seiseki Young Dance Circle. It focuses on dance movement and exercise for beginners. The point is to have fun with dance and get to know others who enjoy dance as a hobby. You can build a strong ballrom dance foundation with the Sakuragaoka Dance Club, and for those who join and find they have a deeper interest in competitive dance, it is easy to join the Seiseki Young Dance Circle practices!

ICU Ballroom Dance Circle
International Christian University

ICU Ballrom Dance Circle is a student organization at International Christian University. Practices are taught by advisor (and ICU chemistry professor) Julian Koe. Each year, they run a dance cafe at the ICU school festival and perform in February in collaboration with the Dining Hall Piano Concerts.
